Account Associate – Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time
Are you looking for a flexible opportunity that fits around family responsibilities, school schedules, or other commitments? Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable and organized Account Associate to provide administrative support and help keep our office running smoothly.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build professional experience in a welcoming office environment. No insurance experience or licensing is required, and training will be provided.
Schedule and Compensation
- Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling
- Family-friendly daytime hours available, such as 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
- Specific schedule can be discussed based on availability and office needs
- $12.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member
- Enter and update information accurately within office systems
- Organize documents, records, and customer information
- Help schedule appointments and complete routine follow-up
- Provide additional support to the agent and team as needed

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
